The #EGRB2B Awards looked a little different this year. The ceremony which gives recognition to online companies that power the gaming industry has gone virtual in the face of global social distancing and lockdowns. The three-day event took place earlier this year and attendees were tuned in from their desktops and mobile devices.
Day One
Each day of the EGRB2B Awards was divided into industry categories with day one recognizing the best of the software and Affiliate Software Suppliers categories.
Playtech had a great day, taking the Bingo Supplier and Multi-channel Supplier of the Year categories while Evolution Gaming claimed the Live Casino Supplier of the Year title.
Betgenius was honored with the In-play Betting Software of the Year and Sports Data Supplier of the Year categories. Income Access walked away with the Affiliate Software Supplier of the Year award while IWG claimed Lottery Supplier of the Year.
Day Two
The second day was reserved for the Services & Innovation Categories and Innovation in Mobile. Red Tiger Gaming went on a winning rampage, taking both the Innovation in Mobile and Innovation in Slot Provision awards.
Magellan Robotech was handed the award for Best Customer Service and Pentasia was recognized as Recruiter of the Year.
Sporting Solutions aptly went home with the Innovation in Sports Betting Software title.
Day Three
The dawn of the third and final day brought with it the Headline & Rising Star categories as well as the Compliance& KYC Suppliers.
Red Tiger Gaming bared their fangs in joy once again, winning Slot Supplier of the Year, Mobile Supplier of the Year, and Mobile Gaming Software Supplier of the Year.
Playtech also returned to the virtual podium to accept the award for Poker Supplier of the Year while Microgaming asserted their industry dominance by winning the Platform of the Year title.
The other awards handed out were for Relax Gaming who beat the competition to take the Casino Software Supplier of the Year and Together Gaming who were recognized as White Label Supplier of the year.
Even though things were quite different, the spirit of competition and mutual advancement shone brightly as if all attendees were within arm’s reach of each other. The worthy were given glowing recognition and a good time was had by all.
