How to Play

Double Lucky Line’s layout is simple and classic: 5 reels, three rows, and (slightly less common) 17 paylines. Whether you play on desktop or mobile, here’s how to get started:

Game Interface & Controls

When I played Double Lucky Line, I found it so easy to play, thanks to the user-friendly controls. There are four buttons: the Spin button for spinning the reels, the Bet button (a casino chip) for opening the stake setup menu, the Autoplay button, and the Menu button for accessing the paytable.

Game Symbols

Double Lucky Line’s Asian-inspired symbols include a red dragon, a turtle, a frog, and card suits (e.g. jack, queen, etc.). The suit symbols pay the lowest prizes: 0.8x your bet for five and 50x for 10.

The turtle, frog, and dragon award 100x, 125x, and 150x your bet for 10, respectively. But the game logo and Wild symbol both award 300x for 10.

How to Win

Double Lucky Line pays out for 3 to 10 matching symbols on a payline, thanks to the Double Line feature (I’ll explain how this works below).

Bonus Features

In Double Lucky Line, you’ll find three bonus features: the Random Wild feature, the Double Lucky Line, and the Free Spins round. Here’s how they work.

1. Wild Symbol

The standard Wild symbol can appear as a single or double symbol anywhere on the reels. It substitutes for all standard symbols.

2. Random Wild Feature

The Random Wild feature can trigger at any point. This turns two, three, four, five, or even six symbols into Wilds to help you build winning combos.

3. Double Lucky Line

The most important feature of the game is the Double Lucky Line. This is active in the base game and Free Spins feature.

The row across the middle of the reels is the Double Lucky Line: it turns any symbols that land on it into doubles. That doubles the symbols’ value and makes for bigger, more valuable winning combos!

4. Free Spins Feature

Get five Scatter symbols (singles or doubles) anywhere to trigger the Free Spins round. Five Scatters award ten free spins, but each additional Scatter over 5 adds another free spin. The maximum number of free spins available at the start of the feature is 25.

Lucky Wild symbols appear during this round, too. They transform positions into doubles and give you one extra free spin.

Max Win, You Can Expect?

You can win up to 2,500x your stake in Double Lucky Line. That’s not too bad for a slot with medium volatility, but it’s not great, either.

Double Lucky Line’s Return to Player (RTP) is around average at 96.02%, and its volatility is in the medium range. The RTP is theoretical, so the game could return more or less than indicated in the long run.

Visual & Sound Experience

Double Lucky Line has a pretty but generic Asian-inspired design. It features a traditional dragon, an intricate golden border around the reels, and a green background (which becomes red in the Free Spins round). Most of the symbols are cute and colourful, too.
