Understanding the Paytable and Symbols

The game’s paytable includes piles of gold and fantastic steampunk inventions and characters. The gold coins pay 1.6x your bet for five on a payline, the gold bars pay 1.8x, and the minecart pays 2x. The hot air balloon pays 5x your bet for five on a payline, the submarine pays 10x, the train pays 16x, the factory pays 20x, the kid pays 30x, and the inventor pays 50x.

Is Gold Factory as Good as the Best Slots Out There? Let’s Compare

Watching crazy contraptions do their work is always entertaining, and the experience gets even more rewarding when the machine is part of an online slot’s features. Gold Factory certainly has some of the most complicated machinery you will see in an online slot, but there are plenty of other insane inventions to discover. Wild Robo Factory has a charming sci-fi theme, and a conveyor system that drops crazy-looking robot wilds with different winning abilities onto the reels. Coils of Cash celebrates some of history’s most potent inventors on electrified reels with a multiplier-generating power coil that enhances the base game and free spins. The Incredible Balloon Machine breaks all the rules with a unique balloon-inflating system that pays big prizes if you can stop before they pop.

Pros vs Cons

Pros:

  • Three rewarding bonus features
  • Multiplier-boosted free spins
  • High-value scatter symbol
VS

Cons:

  • Triggering free spins can take a while

Our Findings

Gold Factory slot has plenty of moving parts that all work together to make a great game. This title was a lot of fun, and I appreciated how all the features played into the theme, so it never felt like the visuals were just an afterthought. Having two pick games and a free spins round was also great and makes up for the fact that there are no base game mini-features or modifiers.
