Noble Sky features a clean and straightforward interface, so I found it a breeze to play from start to finish.
If you want to begin by setting up your bet, press the plus and minus buttons on the “bet” meter. You can also use the “max bet” button to maximize your stake instantly. The top bet is $50.00 per spin.
Press the gold spin button in the middle of the command panel to play Noble Sky, or use the smaller gold button on its right to open the autoplay menu. You can enable up to 100 automatic spins at a time.
Push the hamburger/menu button on the left-hand side of the screen to open the game menu. Tap the “i” icon to browse the paytable or the “?” to read in-depth rules.
All the symbols in Noble Sky align with the steampunk theme and look great on the reels. Each character symbol has a golden frame resembling a cog; even the royals include cogs and a metallic finish.
Four character symbols are a sophisticated gentleman, a blonde woman, and a brunette woman. Other symbols include a top hat, a fob watch, and an airship.
The ten and jack symbols pay 2x your bet for five on a payline. Payouts increase slightly with the queen and king, which both award 3x your bet for five. Land five ace symbols to win 4x your stake.
The fob watch and top hat symbols pay up to 6x your stake. The brunette and blonde women pay up to 10x your bet each, while the gentleman offers up to 20x.
Stacked Wild and airship Wild symbols can appear on any spin, too. Wilds substitute for all paying symbols but only land on reels 2, 3, 4, and 5. A gold jackpot trigger symbol may appear over any non-Wild symbols to potentially trigger the Vault Bonus.
Most standard symbols in Noble Sky payout for three, four, or five on a payline. But both women and gentlemen award prizes for two or more on a line instead. All winning combinations start from reel one and pay left to right. Wilds can also help you win by replacing other symbols on winning lines.
Anyjackpot trigger symbolsthat appear over other symbols are collected in the tank at the side of the reels. Collecting these gives you a chance to trigger the Vault Bonus.
When it starts, the Vault Bonus presents 12 items connected to a jackpot. Click on the different items to reveal which jackpot it’s associated with, and if you can match three jackpots, you’ll win the corresponding jackpot at the end of the feature.
The jackpots available are:
If an airship Wild stack fills a whole reel, the Respin Bonus is triggered. The stacked Wild moves one reel to the left on each respin, and respins continue until the Wild leaves the leftmost reel. One final respin is awarded after that, but without the stacked Wild to help you win.
When the Respin Bonus starts, the Multiplier Trail appears above the reels. The win multiplier increases with each respin until the feature ends:
Noble Sky’s max win is 5,000x your bet. Though the chances are slim, you can win this if you land the Grand Jackpot in the Vault Bonus. I found this max win a good match for the medium volatility.
The Return to Player (RTP) for Noble Sky is 96.12%. That’s only a little above the average RTP of 96%, but it’s still on the right side of it. Though RTPs are only theoretical, you shouldn’t expect to get this exact return each time you play.
The medium volatility means prizes can be awarded regularly. That was the case for me: I had multiple winning spins in a row, but the prizes were often small (usually from 0.20x to 1.40x my bet). Much bigger payouts are available, but they will likely be less regular.
When I launched Noble Sky, I loved the visuals, sound, and relaxing atmosphere. The game occurs high above a steampunk city surrounded by a vast sea, with clouds rising and falling slowly at the top of the screen. Animated airships pass back and forth in the background.
Plenty of colour and details are on the screen, from the vivid symbols to the rotating cogs attached to the reels. The music is gentle and soothing, though it picks up a faster pace when the Respin Bonus activates.

If Noble Sky’s mix of steampunk and chilled aerial setting grabs you, let’s look at three other slots you might want to try.
The Incredible Balloon Machine has a steampunk element, specifically in its intricate design, and it takes place high in the sky. Gold Factory Jackpots Maple Moolah takes you inside a steampunk factory to play for progressive prizes and free spins.
Fortunium is a well-known steampunk slot with mystery symbols and free spins to discover. I’ll compare all four slots in more detail below:
I was pleasantly surprised by Noble Sky when I loaded it up. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I found a fun steampunk-themed slot with fantastic graphics and an almost soothing atmosphere. The max win is suitable for a medium-volatility slot at 5,000x your bet, and the bonus features are great, too.
Four jackpots are available via the Vault Bonus, and the Respin Bonus features a moving stacked Wild with an increasing win multiplier. That can boost your prizes nicely for as long as the feature lasts. The RTP is a little better than average at 96.12%, too.
All in all, I’d say Noble Sky is well worth a try.
